Documents required for admissions :

Pre Kindergarten (2 copies of each document)

  1. Copy of student birth certificate
  2. Copy of house registration of student, father and mother
  3. Copy of ID card of father and monther 
  4. Copy of evidence of name-surname change of student, father and mother (if any)
  5. Student photo 1.5 inches, 4 copies
  6. Copies of vaccination records

Kindergarten 1-3 (2 copies of each document)

  1. Copy of student birth certificate
  2. Copy of house registration of student, father and mother
  3. Copy of ID card of father and monther 
  4. Copy of evidence of name-surname change of student, father and mother (if any)
  5. Student photo 1.5 inches, 4 copies
  6. Student Certification Letter (only for grade 2-3)

Grade 1 (2 copies of each document)

  1. Copy of student birth certificate

Grade 2-6 (2 copies of each document)

  5. Student photo 1.5 inches, 4 copies
  6. ปพ.1 Transcript
  7. ปพ.6 A report on the results of individual participants improve the quality.
  8. ปพ.7 Student certification letter (to present at the school)
  9. ปพ.8 Cumulative record
  10. ปศ.20 School transfer letter

(Items no 5-7, 9-10 can be deliver at a later date)

 

Note

  • Copies of student, father and mother passport must be used instead for non thai resident
  • In the case of adopted children, please attach a copy of the documentary evidence.
